Mary Margaret (Maust) Forespring

Mary Margaret Forespring, 96, passed away on her birthday, March 5th at Meadow View Nursing Center, Berlin. Preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Irene Maust, her brother and his wife, Francis and Olive Maust, her late husbands, George F. Kimmel and  C.L. “Mush” Forespring, and her son Gary Kimmel. She is survived by her daughter-in-law and grandson, Jeanie and Justin Kimmel, Rockingham, VA and several nieces and nephews. Mary Margaret had many hobbies. She enjoyed quilting, needlework and gardening. Her greatest love of all was hosting friends and family with home-cooked meals. She was high-spirited and full of energy, an absolute joy to be around. She was a devoted Steelers fan which brought her much joy. She was a true source of inspiration to those that knew and loved her. She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in Berlin. There will be no viewing or service at Mary Margaret’s request. All arrangements are entrusted to Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin.
