Mary Jane (Younkin) Pugh

Mary Jane Pugh, 91, of Somerset, died May 24, 2024 at Somerset Healthcare and Rehab. Born Nov. 1, 1932 in Upper Turkeyfoot Twp., daughter of James and Mahala (King) Younkin. Preceded in death by parents; husband Eugene; sisters: Sara May, Martha Knopsnyder, Ruth Tressler, and Shirley Merryman; and brothers: Charles, Melvin, Robert, and Paul Younkin. Survived by son Thomas Pugh, special nephew William (Barbara) May, great nephew Mark (Heather) May, and numerous nieces and nephews. Retired waitress from Ratsy’s, Grapevine, and Jimmy’s Bistro. Member of Friedens Lutheran Church. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Friedens Lutheran Church, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday. Rev.
