Michael L. Brady

Michael L. Brady, 60, of Shanksville, died Oct. 26, 2023 at home. Born Aug. 11, 1963 in Somerset, son of Elmer and Mabel (Kimmel) Brady. Preceded in death by parents and sister Nancy Brady. Survived by his wife of 36 years the former Sheri Phillips; son J.J. (Sonya) Brady; grandchildren: Adalynn and Gunner Brady; sisters: Shirley Adams and Annette (Kevin) Saylor; brother Donald Brady; and numerous nieces and nephews. He attended Shanksville-Stonycreek High School and worked as dispatcher for Herring Motors. Mike was a former employee of Gilmour Manufacturing for 26 years. He enjoyed fishing, vacations, and spending time with his family. Family will receive friends from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin.
