Mildred L. (Hahn) Denner

Mildred L. Denner, 92, formerly of Shanksville, died February 7, 2025 at The Patriot. Born January 23, 1933 in Hooversville, daughter of Clarence “Sam” and Miriam (Harmon) Hahn. Preceded in death by parents, husband Robert L. Sr., children Ronald and Melissa, sister Lois Zimmerman, brother Kenneth Hahn; and nephew Levi Hahn. Survived by her son Robert L. Jr. and wife Deborah; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother Calvin (Ruth) Hahn; sister Joyce “Tootsie” Brant; and sister-in-law Sharon Hahn. She was a former employee of the Somerset County Blind Center. Member of Shanksville United Methodist Church. Mildred loved gardening, decorating for Christmas, and was a self-taught accordion player. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday. Rev. Roger Howard officiating.
