Nancy L. (Fitzgerald) Oravec

Nancy Louise Oravec, 80, Fairhope, died September 8, 2024 at home. Born November 11, 1943 in Friedens, a daughter of Thomas and Helen (Lewis) Fitzgerald. Preceded in death by parents and brother Thomas “Buzz” Fitzgerald. Survived by her husband of 59 years, John “Herk” Oravec; children: Kelli (PJ) Donaghue and Nathan (Samantha) Oravec; grandchildren: Mallory Donaghue (fiance Tim Wyatt), Kate Donaghue and companion Chris Milano, and Oscar, Henry, and Anna Oravec; sisters: Patty (Jerry) Lowry, Bonnie (Kenny) Kennington, and Suzie (Melvin) Enos; and brothers: Jerry (Susan) and Jimmy Fitzgerald. She was a graduate of Somerset High School. She loved spending time with her family and nature. A private viewing for family and close friends will be held at the convenience of the family.
