Pearl Marie Rummel, 79, of Hooversville, died August 30, 2022 at home. Born August 20, 1943 in Johnstown, daughter of Herman and Stella (Shroyer) Swope. Preceded in death by parents; husband James Albert Rummel; son James Arthur Lake Jr.; grandsons: James Scott LaBryer, Randy Monteith, and James Lake III; 3 brothers; and 4 sisters. Survived by children: Brian Swope, Linda (Mark) Monteith, Dorothy LaBryer, Pearl (Marvin) Perriello, Starla Murray, and Edward Rummel; 17 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; sister Judith Swope; and brother Herman Edward Swope. She was a graduate of Forbes High School and a former employee of Mostoller’s Country Corral. No viewing or service. Arrangements entrusted to Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown.
