Richard James Zipfel, Jr.

Richard James Zipfel, Jr., 57, of Middleburg, VA, died June 1, 2021 at his parent’s home in Quemahoning Twp. Born April 28, 1964 in Windber, son of Richard James, Sr. and Carol (Weaver) Zipfel. Preceded in death by grandparents: William and Cleeda Zipfel and Lloyd and Helen Weaver. Survived by parents, and brother William Lloyd Zipfel, all of Hooversville. He was a 1982 graduate of North Star High School and worked on an estate farm in Virginia. Member of Berkey Church of the Brethren. He loved riding motorcycles, his red truck, and collecting antiques. Family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service at 3 p.m. Friday at Deaner Funeral Home, Hooversville.
