Robert Mostoller Bauermaster

Robert Mostoller Bauermaster, Christ follower, loving husband, wonderful father, grandfather, and great grandfather, 93, Berlin, died June 1, 2021. Born July 24, 1927 in Brotherton, son of Claude Sr. and Orpha (Mostoller) Bauermaster. Preceded in death by parents; 1st wife the former Jane Saylor; brother Claude Jr.; and sisters Ferne Donner, Genevieve Glessner, and Evangeline “Doll” Baltzer. Survived by his wife of 30 years the former Nancy Ansell Gray, children: Brenda (Tom) Walker, Craig Bauermaster and friend Cindy, Scott (Susie) Bauermaster, Melanie (Bob) Deppen, and Michele (Andy) Miller; step daughters Ronda (Kevin) Zehner and Julie (Lee) Thompson; 22 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. He was a graduate of Shanksville-Stonycreek High School and was a WW II Army veteran. He was a lifelong dairy farmer. He was an active member of Somerset Alliance Church. Bob enjoyed singing and was involved in many musical groups over the years. He was also active in the farming community. Bob was a gifted woodworker. Above all, he loved sharing his faith with everybody. Family will receive friends from 12 Noon until service at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Somerset Alliance Church, 708 Stoystown Rd., Somerset, PA 15501.
