Robert R. Gorsuch, 81, Hooversville, died March 19, 2020 at home surrounded by his loved ones. Born June 12, 1938 in Reading Mines, son of Kirkland and Helen (Sanders) Gorsuch. Preceded in death by parents, wife Lilia “Aldine” Gorsuch on Nov. 19, 2017, brother John D. Gorsuch, and sister Carole J. Berkebile. Survived by daughter Tara and her husband Mark Lepley; grandsons Thomas and wife Tiffany Lepley, who lived with him and cared for him, and Robert Lepley; sisters-in-law Donna Ogline, Wanetta Escherich, and Patricia Gorsuch; and brother-in-law Ronald Berkebile. He was also “Pap” to Sabrina and Ryder Miller, who he adored. He was a graduate of Forbes High School and a U.S. Army Veteran. He was retired from PA Fine Wine and Spirits. Robert was an avid member of the Audubon Society. Robert was a talented woodworker, gardener, and sportsman. He spent countless hours at the Allegheny Front Hawk Watch, and also enjoyed spending time with his grandsons. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew him and loved him.
