Robert D. "Cook" Hause

Robert D. “Cook” Hause, 75, Friedens, died March 12, 2024 at UPMC Somerset. Born April 4, 1948 in Somerset, son of Homer and Mary (Kemp) Hause. Preceded in death by parents, brothers: Donald and James Hause, and sister Shirley Labrel. Survived by brothers: Rick married to the former Sherry Rowser and William Hause; special niece Bonnie Labrel and fiancé Bill Rump; brother-in-law James Labrel; numerous other nieces and nephews; and pets Gray and Milly. He was retired from Highland Tank with over 30 years of service. He enjoyed going for rides, reminiscing, animals, spending time with his family, and attending his nephews’ sporting events. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, and from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown. Interment P.O.S. of A.
