Robert D. Vandergrift, Jr., 65, Somerset, died January 8, 2026 at home. Born June 12, 1960 in Somerset, son of Robert Dave and Loretta Lee (Kennedy) Vandergrift of Friedens. Survived by his loving parents; sister Zeti Lee (Mohammad) Rahman; and niece Kristy and her daughter Addison. He was a former employee of Kern Brothers Lumber and Walmart. Family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown. Rev. Edward DeVore officiating. Interment Friedens Lutheran Cemetery.
