Robert "Bob" L. Gindlesperger

Robert “Bob” L. Gindlesperger, 74, Berlin, died November 5, 2022 at home. Born May 23, 1948 in Stonycreek Township, son of Lee and Hazel (Weyant) Gindlesperger. Preceded in death by parents and infant sister Esther. Survived by his wife of 50 years the former Nancy Glass; children: Sherry married to Michael Oakes, Robert married to the former Amber Stevanus, both of Berlin, and Tina married to Albert Engle, Stafford, Virginia.  Bob will also be missed by his grandchildren Nicole, April, and Hayley Oakes, Abigail and Tristan Gindlesperger, Hunter Hinkle, Patrick Hoover, and Mackenzie, Alexander, and Isabelle Engle; siblings Harry (Nancy), Sharon, and Ronald (Sue) Gindlesperger; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Bob was a 1966 graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School and a Vietnam War Army Veteran. He was a retired heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed spending time with his family and pets, and could always be counted on to repair almost anything. Bob was a loving and dedicated husband, father, and pappy who will be missed by all. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday. Rev. Robert Keplinger officiating.
