Roberta Jane (Klink) Wilt

Roberta Jane Wilt, 78, of Stoystown, went to be with the Lord Feb. 15, 2023 at home. Born April 14, 1944 in Hopwood, daughter of Ephriam J. and Susan E. (Bockes) Klink. Preceded in death by parents, first husband and childhood sweetheart of 41 years Carl A. Wilt, second husband Frederick J. Newman, and son Lonnie Ray Wilt. Survived by loving husband of 8 years Galen E. Wilt; children: Jeffrey A. Wilt married to the former Sarah Ogline, Diana L. Slayton and husband Troy, Karen S. O’Connor and husband Donald, Nena L. Overman and husband Jethro, and Laurie A. Proctor and husband John; stepchildren: Galen E. Wilt, Dustin E. Wilt, and Scott Guthrie; 21 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; sister Viola (John) Saylor; and brother Donald (Carol) Klink. Roberta was a member of Johnstown Christian Fellowship Church, where she blessed many with her singing and guitar playing. As a child Roberta attended Christian Missionary Alliance Church, Berlin, where she accepted God into her heart and life in 1954. She enjoyed spending time with her family, fishing, and camping. Family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where a service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday. Pastor Jim Gay officiating. Interment Lambertsville Cemetery.
