Ronald E. Jones

Ronald E. Jones, 76, of Friedens, died May 18, 2026 at UPMC Shadyside. Born Dec. 15, 1949 in Friedens, son of Charles E. Sr. and Jessie (Albright) Jones. Preceded in death by parents, sisters Betty Smith and Dorothy Bell, and brothers: Lloyd, Charles Jr., Fritz, John, James, David, Robert, and Junior Jones. Survived by his wife of 54 years the former Kathy Kozuch; sons: Ronald Jr. (Jennifer) and Bradley (Chrissy) Jones; 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; sister Ruth Sturtz; and brother Donald Jones. He attended Somerset Area High School and retired from Mountain Concrete. He was a lifetime member of Jenner Rod and Gun Club. He enjoyed cleaning scrap metal.
