Ronald Eugene Walter

Ronald Eugene Walter, 64, of Wilkinsburg, died Nov. 17, 2022 at home. Born Nov. 14, 1958 in Somerset, son of Terrance and Glada (Edmonson) Walter. Preceded in death by parents, sister Shirley Esherick, and niece Lauren Esherick. Survived by brother Terry (Patti) Walter; sister Lettie Kennedy (Greg Maust); several nieces and nephews; and lifelong friend Mark Soster and his parents John and Delores Soster. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a former employee of Pittsburgh VA Medical Center. Ron was an avid fly fisherman and he enjoyed playing guitar, harmonica, and writing songs.
