Sadie Lee Heiple

Sadie Lee Heiple, 81, Hollsopple formerly of Stoystown, went to be with the Lord Nov. 1, 2021 at home. Born Aug. 29, 1940 in Shade Twp., daughter of George and Annie (Naugle) Heiple. Preceded in death by parents, husband Alvin "Pete” Durst, and sisters Mary Meyers and Verna Wissinger. Survived by children: Randy Lee Durst and Stephen Eugene Durst, both of New York, Sonny James Durst, Hollsopple, and Melinda Jane Durst, Acosta; 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; and sister Esther Dunn. She was retired from General Motors, Lockport, NY. Former member of Indian Lake Christian Center. She was a supporter of the Humane Society. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown where service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday. Rev. Cletus Leasure officiating.
