Sean Michael Chaney

Sean Michael Chaney, 34, of Fairhope, died June 29, 2025 in Fairhope Twp. Born August 21, 1990 in Johnstown, son of Rick and Susan (Miller) Chaney. Preceded in death by grandparents Fred and Leona Chaney, and Harve Miller. Survived by his parents, of Friedens; wife of 10 years the former Johnalynn Wetzel; children: Emma and Levi; grandmother Sally Miller; sister Sarah (Jesse) Shaffer; and nephews and niece: Landin Brown, and Adalynn and Wyatt Shaffer. He was a graduate of U.T.I, Exton, and a mechanic at Somerset Outdoor Equipment. Sean attended Victory Bible Church and New Hope Baptist Church. Member of Paradise Valley Sportsmen’s Club. He enjoyed camping, hunting, tinkering with motors, and spending time with his children. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin. Pastor Gary Morris officiating.
