Shirley Ann Albright, 86, Markleton, died Jan. 6, 2025 at Somerset Senior Living. Born June 20, 1938 in Casselman, daughter of Melvin and Mary (May) King. Preceded in death by parents, husband Lenn Albright (Mar. 18, 2020), grandson Bobby Joe, son-in-law David Brant, and brothers: Roy, Paul, John, Sheldon, and Dale King. Survived by children: Lenn Kenneth (Cathy) Albright, Timothy (Nancy) Albright, Carol Brant, Candy (Bradley) Custer, and Ricky (Vashela) Albright; grandchildren: Kendra, Mindy, Timothy Jr., Joshua, Andrea, Jill, Jesse, Andrew, Derek, Zachary, Adam, and Ashley; 26 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; sister Mary (Barry) Johnson; and brother Everett (Gail) King. Shirley worked 42 years before retiring at Coleman/Fleetwood Folding Trailers. Shirley loved quilting, going on trips, her family reunions, the Kingwood Picnic, her flowers, and bird watching. Shirley was a loving, caring person and will be missed by all who knew her. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until service at 1 p.m. Friday at Kingwood Church of God.
