Shirley Ann “Pip” Esherick, 69, Somerset, died July 27, 2020 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born Oct. 28, 1950 in Detroit, MI, daughter of Terrance and Glada (Edmonson) Walter. Preceded in death by parents and son Ryan Esherick. Survived by husband Barry Esherick; children: Stephen Walter, Karl Benzies, and Lauren and Aaron Esherick; great granddaughter Amanda Benzies; brother Terry Walter and wife Patty and their children: Howie, Mandy, Katie, and Terri Lynn; brother Ronald Walter; sister Lettie Kennedy and children: Adam and Hayley; many other family members; and her beloved pets: Mini, Lacy, and Buddy. Member of Somerset Congregation Jehovah’s Witnesses. She enjoyed painting, yard saling, and gardening. No viewing or service at this time. A celebration of life will be held at a later time.
