Tanner Steven Zylstra

Tanner Steven Zylstra, 29, of Friedens, died March 19, 2026. Born July 24, 1996 in Turlock, CA, son of Andrew and Ronica Beth (Geib) Zylstra.

Preceded in death by paternal grandfather Arjen Zylstra.

Survived by his parents; brothers: Cory, Spencer, and Riley Zylstra; paternal grandmother Nina Zylstra; maternal grandparents: Ron and Jan Geib; and special friend Michele Pruitt.

He was a 2014 graduate of Somerset High School and a former employee of Drive DeVilbiss. Member of Jenner Rod and Gun Club, New Baltimore Sportsman’s Club, Ferndale Sportsmen’s Club, and Stoystown S.A.L. He enjoyed his dog Tucker, the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his family. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown.
