Tillie F. (Conn) Kimmel

Tillie F. Kimmel, 82, of Stoystown died May 2, 2025 at home. Born July 3, 1942 in Edie, daughter of Samuel and Mable (Heining) Conn. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Francis “Fluz” Kimmel, son Eli Conn, a brother and sisters. Survived by her children: Mark (Carrie Ann Baker) Kimmel and Trudy (Sean Skiles) Baumgardner; grandchildren: Brady and Brendan Baumgardner and Lisa (Jason) Wiley; great-granddaughters:  Megan (Cody) Vanvugt, Lauren (Taylor) Bitton, and Addi and Lylah Haselbarth; sister Ethel Maust; numerous nieces and nephews; her beloved friends from the Hite House, and her wonderful care team from Interim Hospice. Lifelong member of the Stoystown Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed gambling, BINGO, and spending time with her family and friends. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown. Viewing from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Stoystown. Rev. Sharon Fox and Pastor Stephanie Betsa officiating.
