Timothy Vaughn Berkebile

Timothy Vaughn Berkebile, 66, of Somerset, died Sept. 24, 2025 at IHS Latrobe Hospital. Born August 25,1959 in Johnstown, son of the late Terry and Luella (Walker) Berkebile. Survived by his wife of 12 years the former Jennifer Pletcher; children: Timmy (Karen) and Tony (Shannon) Berkebile, Morgan (Dan) Thompson, Garrett Pletcher, and Delaney and Dalila Berkebile; grandchildren: Tate, Cole, Andi, Lily, Paige, Noah, Holden, and Emi; sister: Tammy (John) Weigle; and special friends: Farm, Betts, Cramer, and Adam. He was a 1977 graduate of North Star High School and an employee of Scottdale Music. Founding member and President of Somerset County Beagle Club. Former member of Boswell and Stoystown Fire Companies, North Star School Board, Roof Garden Softball League, and Terrace Lanes Bowling League. He was an avid hunter, Youth Baseball Coach, Steeler and Pirate fan. His whole life was his wife, children, and grandchildren. He loved them fiercely. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Rev. Sharon Fox officiating.
