Timothy W. Landis

Timothy W. Landis, 62, Berlin, died January 14, 2024 at home. Born September 10, 1961 in Meyersdale, son of William and Vera (Wilt) Landis. Preceded in death by father-in-law William Dively. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of 38 years, the former Diane Dively; son Bret (Bradley) Landis; daughter Erin (Josh) Riley; grandchildren Lydia and Milo Riley; sister Teresa (Robert) Landis; brothers: Terry and Todd (Nancy) Landis; mother-in-law Jean Dively; brothers-in-law: Todd (JoAnne) and David (Deidre) Dively; and sister-in-law Amy (Wayne) Bowman. He was a 1979 graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School. Tim was a plumber/pipefitter with Local #354 and retired from Darr Construction in 2021. Member of Berlin Brethren Church where he was a trustee, deacon, and member of the bell choir. He enjoyed NASCAR racing, hunting, helping on his brother’s dairy farm, and spoiling his grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin. Viewing from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Thursday at Berlin Brethren Church. Rev.
