Victor E. Napier

Victor E. Napier, 80, of Fairhope, formerly of Pennington Gap, VA, died December 17, 2025 at home. Born May 8, 1945 in Pennington Gap, son of George F. and Alma (Farley) Napier. Preceded in death by parents, an infant daughter, brothers George Edward and Billy Napier, sisters Mildred Sutphin and Louise McNeil, and brother-in-law Bill McNeil. Survived by his daughter Bridget married to Bradley Deeter; grandsons Austin Simpson and Joshua (Monica) Deeter; sister Anna Mae Rogers; former wife Patricia Duncan; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was the former owner/operator of Napier Auto Body Shop, which he operated with his brother Ed. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family. A private interment will be held at Mt.
