Virginia V. "Ginny" (Zeigler) Shultz

Virginia V. “Ginny” Shultz, 95, of Berlin, died June 30, 2026 at Meadow View Nursing Center. Born March 22, 1931 in Somerset, daughter of Paul and Alverta (Miller) Zeigler. Preceded in death by parents, son Bruce William “Brucie” Shultz III, granddaughter Angie Lenkevich, brothers: Mervin “Bill”, Ray, and Ronald Zeigler, and sister Betty Armagost. Survived by her daughters: Peggy (Rich) Harkless, West Decatur, and Sue Glessner, Friedens; great granddaughters: Autumn, Kaitlin, and Emily Lenkevich; and sister Marsha (James) Boozer. She was a 1948 graduate of Shanksville-Stonycreek High School and retired from DeVilbiss. Member of Shanksville Assembly of God and formerly attended Philipsburg Christian and Missionary Alliance Church. She enjoyed reading her Bible, caring for her son Brucie, walking, and spending time with her family. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until a funeral service at 1 p.m. Friday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown. Rev. Matthew Nancarvis officiating. Interment Lambertsville Cemetery.
