Wanda (Wilders) Yingling, 66, of Hooversville, passed away June 7, 2021 at UPMC Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born April 24, 1955 in Valdosta, GA, daughter of Charles E. and Martha L. (Kimmel) Thomas. Preceded in death by parents, grandparents: Chester and Elizabeth Wilders and Alfred and Meda Kimmel, and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Survived by her loving husband and “best friend” Adam Yingling. Also special aunt and uncle Bill and Betty Lou “Boo” Morgan, and cousins including Bill and Carol Sipe. She is also survived by very special brother and sister-in-law Charles “Bud” Yingling and best friend Cindy Yingling; and sister-in-law Debbie Hollsopple, plus nieces and nephews. Wanda was raised in Greensburg and graduated from Hempfield High School in 1973. She spent her entire 43 year career as an employee of Excela Health, where she retired as I.T. Director in 2017. Wanda was especially devoted to her loving pets and dogs over the years. She will be missed by her current dog Zoey. She was a lover of the arts, and she enjoyed wreath and floral creations, crafts, drawing, movies and film history, music and travel. Wanda asked that her life be celebrated and not mourned. She was a fun loving and outgoing soul for which she will ever be remembered. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Monday, June 14th at Richland Cemetery. Pastor Stan Pisarski officiating.
