I am so sorry that Fred is no longer with us. I dealt with Fred for many years when I owned California Radio. He was ALWAYS the most sincere, polite, patient and down right GOOD GUY that I could always depend on for a word of advice. He was a true gentleman in every respect. I miss him. I am sorry for your loss.
