Shawn Eric Warren “Otis” McKinley, 40, of Garrett, died Aug. 4, 2016 at Somerset Hospital. Born Nov. 12, 1975 in Washington , D.C., son of Mark McKinley, Sioux City, Iowa, and Sharon (Fetzer) Oban, Omaha, Nebraska. Also survived by his wife the former Lacy Moore; stepsons: Allen Manges III and Micah Moore; brothers and sisters: Jason (Therese) McKinley, Lisa (Nic) Holzerland, Stacey Kitto, Michael Oban, and Katie (Brandon) Victor; grandmother June Fetzer; mother-in-law Linda Moore; sister-in-law Elizabeth (Timothy) Baker; and several nieces and nephews. He was a carpenter who subcontracted with different companies. Member of The Ridge Church, Somerset. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Hooversville where a service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Pastor Dan Judy officiating.
