Friends and Family, I am Kirk S. Moore and I speak for the Somerset County Committee of the American Legion in expressing our sympathy for your loss. Bill was one of the best; I personally had many good conversations with him over my years as County Commander; he was always there and brought his Berlin contingent for nearly every meeting; his drive to take care of local veterans will be missed quite a bit by me. God be with you all as you walk this difficult road. Peace.
