Bill was always a gentleman and an interesting conversationalist. Years ago, when I would interview him for a newspaper story for the Daily American, he was always friendly, cooperative and very nice. He leaves many fine memories. Please accept my condolences.

My condolences go out to the family.
I remember Bill when my dad and I would come to see him and to hunt on his farm. My dad and Uncle worked on the Ringler farm during the Great Depression. Bill was a great man and liked by many people that I know that knew Bill.
We will miss him.

We enjoyed many chats with Bill and Mildred during our Grange years working together for the PA State Grange. He was a humble man who cared for others. "Well done, good and faithful servant."
