Family,
Uncle Phil was one of the best men I knew.. He was always rooting us on and telling us we could do it. My heart goes out to the family and prayers.

I worked with Phil at Gilmour for many years, a nicer man would be hard to find. He was a special kind of guy. This is such a great loss and my prayers and sympathys are with you all!
