Patrick James Polakoski, 24, Somerset, died August 15, 2015. Born Dec. 5, 1990 in Asuncion, Paraguay. He was the son of Michael and Amy (Leazier) Polakoski of Somerset. Preceded in death by paternal grandmother Josephine Polakoski. Survived by his parents; brother Bernard married to the former Kaylin Aust, New Jersey; paternal grandfather Joseph Polakoski, Somerset; maternal grandparents James and Phyllis Leazier, Friedens; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and his dog Bella. He was employed by Whitehorse Excavating. Member of Friedens Lutheran Church. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle. Family will receive friends Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11 a.m. at Friedens Lutheran Church. Reverend Edward V. DeVore officiating. Interment Friedens Lutheran Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the Humane Society of Somerset County, PO Box 182, Somerset, PA 15501. Arrangements entrusted to Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown.
